Ingredients

  • Popped Popcorn (about 10 cups)
  • White Melting Wafers (12 oz)
  • Candy Corn (1 cup)
  • Pretzel Twists (1 cup, broken into pieces)
  • M&M’s (1 cup, Halloween-themed)
  • Halloween Sprinkles (2-3 tablespoons)
  • Salt (flaky sea salt, optional)

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn according to package directions to get about 10 cups. Spread on a large baking sheet and remove any unpopped kernels. Let cool for a minute or two.
  2. While popcorn cools, break pretzel twists into bite-sized pieces. Measure out candy corn and M&M’s. Set aside.
  3. Place white melting wafers in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until mostly melted (about 1.5-2 minutes total). Stir until completely smooth.
  4. Pour melted white chocolate over popcorn in a large bowl. Gently fold with a spatula to coat every kernel. Work quickly as chocolate will start to set.
  5. Gently fold in pretzel pieces, candy corn, and M&M’s. Reserve a few M&M’s and pretzels for topping if desired.
  6. Turn coated popcorn mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread into an even layer. While still wet, sprinkle Halloween sprinkles and reserved M&M’s and pretzels on top. Add a pinch of flaky sea salt if using.
  7. Let set at room temperature for 15-20 minutes until white chocolate is firm. For faster setting, refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Once set, break into smaller, bite-sized clusters. Serve at room temperature.
