This Easy High-Protein Turkey Ranch Wrap is a quick, delicious lunch that comes together in under 10 minutes. With creamy ranch, crunchy veggies, and lean turkey, it’s the perfect meal prep option that stays fresh and flavorful.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flour tortilla (10-inch)
  • 45 slices (about 4 ounces) deli turkey (low-sodium, oven-roasted recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 medium avocado (sliced, optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash and dry the spinach. Slice the red onion thinly (about 1/8-inch thick). Halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the avocado if using.
  2. Warm the tortilla: Place one large flour tortilla on a clean work surface. Microwave for 10-15 seconds if desired for more pliability.
  3. Spread the ranch: Using a spoon or small offset spatula, spread about 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing evenly over the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Layer the spinach: Place a generous handful of baby spinach (about 1/2 cup) in the center of the tortilla, directly over the ranch.
  5. Add the turkey: Lay 4-5 slices of deli turkey (about 4 ounces) on top of the spinach, folding slightly to fit within the tortilla’s surface area.
  6. Add cheese and veggies: Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the turkey. Then add the sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and avocado slices. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  7. Fold the wrap: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward (about 1 inch on each side). Then, starting from the bottom, tightly roll the wrap away from you, tucking the filling in as you go.
  8. Toast the wrap (optional): Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down in the dry skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Slice and serve: Let the wrap rest for 1 minute after toasting. Use a sharp knife to slice it diagonally in half. Serve immediately or wrap in parchment paper for later.

Notes

To prevent sogginess, always layer spinach first as a barrier. For meal prep, assemble without toasting and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Toast just before eating for best texture. If you don’t have a skillet, the wrap is delicious cold or at room temperature.
