A refreshing and easy frozen yogurt bark made with Greek yogurt, honey, fresh berries, and crunchy toppings. Perfect for hot days, this simple treat comes together in minutes and is a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the edges.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread it into an even rectangle about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Scatter the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries evenly over the yogurt. Gently press them into the surface with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle the granola and chocolate chips over the top. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer on a flat surface. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the bark is completely solid.
  7. Once frozen, lift the parchment paper to remove the bark from the baking sheet. Place it on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, gently score the surface into pieces, then break apart with your hands.
  8. Serve the bark straight from the freezer. Store any leftovers in a freezer-safe container with parchment between layers.

Notes

For best texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt and pat berries dry to prevent iciness. Let yogurt sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before mixing for easier spreading. Freeze on a flat surface to ensure even thickness. Bark is best enjoyed within 1 week, but texture is optimal within 3 days.
