A quick and easy dessert dip made with cream cheese, caramel sauce, fresh apples, and toffee bits. Ready in under 10 minutes, it’s perfect for fall gatherings and parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup finely diced apples (about 1 medium apple)
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, or microwave on low for 10-15 seconds.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides halfway through.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat on low until combined, then increase to medium and beat for another minute until light and airy.
  4. Dice the apple into small, bite-sized pieces (about 1/4-inch cubes). Toss with lemon juice in a small bowl to prevent browning.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a serving dish. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top in a swirling pattern.
  6. Scatter the diced apples evenly over the caramel layer. Sprinkle toffee bits on top. Optionally, drizzle extra caramel over everything.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving (optional but recommended).
  8. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and let it soften before mixing. Chop apples small for easy scooping. Layer toppings rather than mixing them in. Can be made ahead by prepping the cream cheese base up to 24 hours in advance; add toppings just before serving.
