A luscious, no-bake cheesecake loaded with Oreo cookies, featuring a silky cream cheese filling and crunchy Oreo crust. Perfect for quick, fuss-free dessert cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies (about 1.5 cups crushed)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 3/4 cup (90 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form using a food processor or rolling pin in a ziplock bag.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with 5 tablespoons melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust layer. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until fully incorporated and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with clean beaters until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula, keeping the mixture airy and light.
  8. Carefully fold in the roughly chopped 10 Oreo cookies, distributing them evenly throughout the filling.
  9. Pour the filling over the chilled crust in the springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  10. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight to set and develop flavor.
  11. Before serving, run a knife around the edges to loosen the cheesecake from the pan, then release the springform and slice with a sharp knife.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks for best texture. Fold ingredients gently to keep airiness. Chill crust before adding filling to keep it sturdy. Refrigerate cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Can substitute gluten-free cookies or almond flour for crust and use dairy-free alternatives for cream cheese and heavy cream.
